Step 1

Information from the Client - Submit a Quote Request form and outline your project requirements including as much information about the design, along with any relevant documentation, including elevations, plans, mood boards, FF&E schedule, materials schedule, hand sketches etc in DWG or PDF format. An existing 3d concept model is also helpful (but not vital), as this will speed up the delivery time.

Step 2

“Clay” model approved by the client - After receiving all relative information from the client, our in house team will create the first basic model by assessing the information provided, massing out the building form and basic staging of the scene. A low resolution test render will be generated and sent to the client to seek approval. The “Clay” model contains no materials and thus appears as a chalk white style render ( hence the name Clay). The client will approve the Model and camera angle/viewpoint before moving onto Step 3.

Step 3

Adding materials and detailing/ staging the model - At this stage our team will refine the lighting and use your material schedule to source and add all the appropriate materials in order to recreate the desired aesthetic and design. We will also add any furniture/landscaping and put any final touches to the staging of the renders composition. Clients will be giving two opportunities during this stage to make amendments to the materials choices, furniture choices, styles, and the overall staging. Scene lighting is also updated during this stage before final sign off.

Step 4

Finalising and rendering - By this stage the full scene will be signed off by the client and ready to render. We render at 4K which is ample for all web and print applications, however we can render larger (up to 16k) on request for an addition fee ( as render time drastically increase). The raw image will then pass through our post production software for final tweaks/enhancements, colour correction and contrasting before finally handing over to the client.
